Small Group Counseling
Throughout the school year, students may have the chance to participate in small group counseling. These groups consist of 6-8 students, of the same grade level, experiencing similar concerns. Groups are held during lunch so that students don’t miss instructional time.
Group topics may center around issues such as friendship skills, coping skills, family changes, or grief. Group participation is strictly voluntary and requires parent permission. Group topics and availability depends on the needs of each grade level.
